About the Event
Meditation is best defined as the art of being present and attuned to what is going on in the moment. It increases awareness of yourself and your surroundings. It can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and overall health. Meditation also creates a positive mood and outlook, self-discipline, healthy sleeping patterns, and reduces stress & anxiety levels.
