About the Event
In Sanskrit, the word “chakra” means “disk” or “wheel” and refers to the energy centers in your body. There are seven main chakras that run along your spine. They start at the root, or base, of your spine and extend to the crown of your head. Think of your chakra system as a living, breathing extension of yourself; it fills and surrounds you and is your bridge to your greater auric self. They are responsible for your body's energy maintenance, balance and restoration. When our main seven Chakras are open and balanced, energy can flow freely through our bodies and minds. This class will help to balance mutiple Chakras with the practice or Pranayama, Asanas & Meditation.
