Class includes Asanas (Yoga Poses), Pranayama (Breathing Exercises), Meditation & Mantras.
Each week we will focus on a different Chakra.
You will receive information about each Chakra, how it affects your body and how it can improve your daily life.
You will also be invited to join a private Facebook page where you can find daily information about each Chakra and weekly meditations that you can practice on your own!
